Will stock 6.1 cats work on a 5.7??

With SRT headers, yes. With stock manifolds, not without a lot of work. If you mean just welding them in, then yes, but a lot of work as well.

The SRT headers and RT manifolds are different lengths and the rotation of the mounting bolts are different.
